Hello, my delicious friend! Welcome to Pandemonium, the one city in which monsters (from movies) of all kind live (if they are not undead or dead, this is), scaring humans (most of them professionally), doing stuff (monsters have a life, you know), and blah, blah. You know the rest.

The setting: a goth-looking city, in the 21st century. The characters can be dressed as in the movie or with a different set. Yes, they can have mobile phones, play video games, and do other modern things, and still be dressed like nineteenth-century fashion. So, yes, you can anachronism away!

-Not repeating characters!
-Each user can have 5 characters maximum.
-Be respectful.
-PG-13, I guess. You know, it's monsters...
-Don't control other person's character(s), unless you have their permission.
