Okay, you've probably heard all about his at school, clubs or whatever. Now the subject is following you into scratch. MUAHAHAA!!
This studio is focused on staying healthy. That doesn't just mean eating the right foods or drinking water, staying healthy also covers your mental strength and and simply your daily timetable! But eating healthily is still important, so don't think you can stay healthy by going to eat picnics of chocolate!!
I am not telling you to ban yourself from all things sweet and sugary, because that would be cruel (oh so cruel!) but it's a good idea to eat these things in moderation! In fact, apply that rule to everything else! Even too much fruit can be bad for you!! Try to have a mix of protein, carbs ect. in your meals!
You are amazing! If you don't think you are, then prove it to yourself! Shows yourself that you are fantastic and unique and push yourself to your limits!!! Some people face depression and loneliness if they are bullied and too many negative thoughts can make you feel ill, if you know somebody who is being bullied than lend them your friendship! A positive mindset will bring you far in life!
Getting out more!
Joining clubs is a great way to do this! Its a simple way to get out more, get your mind thinking and to socialize!
