:They tell you that magic is fake. They say that science is everything. Oh how wrong they are...:
In a land far off, unknown to humankind, is an endless forest, occupied by cats with a body part of a different animal, fantasy or not. They are seperated into groups, some loyal to the empire, where the guards, knights, sages, and royals live, and some scheme underground, planning their next move to bring down the empire.
When a cat turns 16, they go through 5 life-or-death trials. They are random and aren't ever the same but test the cat on intelligence, speed, strength, defense, and cooperation. If they survive, they receive a power and a job.
The forest doesn't ever actually end, and once a place is discovered, it's there forever. Also, paths don't overlap, and different cats could go the same path at different times and see the exact same things (besides natural changes). There is a water source in every two miles of the forest, and the same underground, where there are endless tunnels. (they have entrances every mile of the forest) Tribes above/underground must be within 5 miles of a water source, and must each be 6 miles apart.
There are many jobs, some being:
Heirs to the throne (four allowed per army, and you must ask to be one) 1/4 aboveground open, 4/4 underground open
The King/Queen (the rulers of the aboveground forest, must ask to be one) 2/2 open
The Emperor/Empress (the rulers of the underground tunnels, must ask to be) 1/2 open
General (Head of knights/guards, must ask to be. one per army) 2/2
Royal Sages (Leader sages, master healers, must ask to be. 3 per army) 6/6
Knight Apprentice (Knight in training)
Guard Apprentice (Guard in training)
Sage Apprentice (Sage in training)
Berry Finder (Fruit gatherer)
Prey Hunter (Hunter)
Assassin (Cat who kills in secret)
Shop Keeper (An addition role, shop owner)
Bargainer (Cat who is not in a tribe/army, trades items and travels around)
Common Cat (Cat without an important job, usually members of tribes)
Kit (Baby cat)
Oh and since ranks sort of go with the cats, they have tail rings to show their rank. Two gold rings studded with diamonds of any color is 1st, one gold ring studded with diamonds of any color is 2nd, one gold ring w/o diamonds is 3rd, two silver rings studded with rubies is 4th, one silver ring studded with rubies is 5th, one silver ring w/o rubies is 6th, two bronze rings studded with sapphires is 7th, and two normal bronze rings is 8th. Nobles and important figures (the Lord, the 4 allowed heirs, the head guard/head knight, and the royal sage) have 8 rings made of a strong black material.
You must be 16 to have a power/important job.
You might die in the trials, and not everyone survives.
Respect higher ranks in-RP
You may not make any big events happen without my, or another manager's, permission
You may not escape the forest unless we are that far in the plot to have found an exit.
You may not change sides without my permission
You may not kill or be mates with another character without the owner of that character's permission.
You may have 15 stat points MAX
If you aren't a manager/haven't made a signup before, you must show me a RP example.
