"The possibilities are endless." ~~~~ Welcome to the city of Beika! A world where superheroes and villains constantly fight to have attention and victory. This modern city lives in the world of 2017: with all the current technology your world probably has. But there's a difference. People are chosen at random to receive government shots that give a person completely random powers. If you're lucky enough, you'll get up to 4 powers: but that's rare. The purpose for this is for an operation. ~~~~ Operation CYS (Choose Your Side) is basically a physiological operation that sees how people will react to a sudden purge of power. And the freedom to use it. So basically Beika is a science experiment. Isolated on an island that was once called Hawaii, the citizens of Beika live quite the life of 'paradise'. They are aware of the crimes that villains create, but the police rarely do anything. Instead the heroes often kick in to help the city. However, most are unaware about the operation and experiments, except a few of the government workers. ~~~~ Places to Role-play: Center~ The center of town: where a lot of the businesses are located. Often has the most apartments and condos. Beach~ The heart of the town: where a lot of food stands, hotels, tide pools, and next to the Pacific Ocean. Upper Town~ The brains of the city: where the richer people live. Place where most of the crimes happen. Lower Town~ The hands and feet of the city: where the poor live. Place were there is a lot of crime as well because of the sort of bad conditions. Schools~ Beika Elementary, Middle, or High School. Super Academy hosts all 12 grades.
