You wake up, as if from a trance. Your tired eyes open and you find yourself lying in a bed of leaves. You try and speak but only a muffled cry bursts from your drooling mouth. Turning to look around, you spy another wolf. Your mother? Am I... a wolf? Suddenly, badgers, foxes and large furry cats start pouring into the tree you are in, delivering mice and other food. You reach for a mouse but, instead of grasping it in you smooth hands, a larger creature hands it to you and you suck on it. This is your life now.
Welcome to the world of Cantlo, a world filled with nature and mystery. The year is 1930 and the current rulers are:
Natu: King Ezi and Queen Kardia.
Liakos: King Mato
Ognaku: Queen Sunset and Princess Sunshine
Shihu: King Shadow and Queen Daryaku
Ciel: King Lacrose and Prince Amo
These five kingdoms were at war, due to the lack of ruling in Natu from the King's mother and father. Many rulers are killed because of the lack of security, but, it is getting better. Kingdoms are attacked regularly except animals are only killed during a raid (a full on attack, involving stealing, capturing and death). Security levels have boosted by making sure at least ten guards at a time are with the royal family. Right now, this is how it all works, from start to finish in all the kingdoms.
You start of as a cub (or whatever you are X'3), weather you are rich or poor. If you are poor, you grow up to be a peasant or servant and usually have a rough time. You don't have any education so usually learn life skills like hunting. Many servants or peasants are happy because they spend a lot of time with their friends. Rich family grow up with a great education and buy food, not hunt like the peasants do. Once old enough, you either build your own house or buy one, depending weather you have money. This is the most difficult part. The King raises the taxes due to your behaviour towards him. After you lively life, you are an elder, and you can buy a servant to look after you. Once dead, you get buried, however rich you are.
This kingdom aren't the best at caring for their young but try anyway. Once you are born, education starts at young ages, ranging from six weeks to three months. Most of the education is the basics, things like math and English. A lot of the population grow up to be storytellers but others usually become guards and other important jobs. When you are an adult, life skills begin and teaching is only an option of a job at an old age. Many grow up to be all brains, but no brawl so this kingdoms population is low.
Weather you are poor or rich, your life is filled with joy, right from the beginning. You are born into a family and are well brought up with a good education. Life skills are taught at the age of seven, due to the kingdom being a large target for Natu. The princess usually comes and plays with younger cubs so everyone gets to socialize. Once old enough, you choose your path from there. Jobs include:
A storyteller; and
The queen protects her citizens as much as she can and makes sure they lead a great life.
This kingdom is for the different wolves, the hybrids. Many are brought up to be rough and tough and karate training starts at the age of five. Every day, cubs get up and fight, up until the age of nineteen, when they join the army. Anyone can join the army but the going is tough. You fight for your king, queen and royal family until the age of sixty seven, when you retire and become a storyteller. Many children grow up in a happy life, usually going to drama schools and sometimes, if they want a head start, army camps.
This kingdom is for the gifted and talented and the population is high. Many cubs start education at a sensible age, like four, careful not to push their children too far. At the age of nineteen, they start their jobs, usually guards, storytellers or Mapers. Most cubs grow up to be fit, handsome wolves but the problem with money still is alive. Many poor wolves have to hunt by themselves but eventually get a job when old enough. Most wolves grow up in the real way and use their head in many ways.
So, where do you fit in? I will decide. Fill out this https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/168920616/ to be able to fit into one kingdom. If you don't, you will be labelled as a rogue. Only the best role-players will role-play as the kings and queens. This will be a semi-literal role-play. Towns will only be attacked on my say and kings and queens will die on my say. The time, date, weather and event going on in each kingdom will be recorded. Farwell.
