QWERTY is an episodic fan game that I am working on and hope to release. I MIGHT NEVER GET IT FINISHED! D:
I might make it a web-comic first if I can.
In the game, you have just bought a computer and An odd application on your desktop turns up called QWERTY.exe or QWERTY.app. Upon opening it, you find a virtual recreation of your planet, ruled by humans, video game characters and bees.
In this world, WILLIAM WALLACE, a Scottish rebel, won the battle of Falkirk rather than losing it due to a mistake in the video game Age of Empires II. Because Age of Empires II now existed (sort of), every other game decided to exist, for some reason. However, in 2017, fearing that a nuclear war could break out and destroy the earth, Humans, animals, and gaming characters escaped to another version of earth over 10,000 years in the future where only Penguins, Squid and genitically engineered Dinosaurs ruled over the earth. When they landed all towns and cities from the old earth were recreated on the new earth, often with 2's at the end of their names, spelled backwards, or anything else really. The human that helped in the creation of Eednud (A new version of the Scottish city Dundee) made several rules to avoid the same problems that happened on the old earth. The year is currently 2016.2, and the world has barely managed to peice itself back together.
You meet an unimportant Pikachu who keeps getting injured, a Sack person from LittleBigPlanet, The Scratch Cat, Marina from Splatoon 2...for some reason (don't ask me why), Crash Bandicoot and the great hero Pac-Man (at least I think he's great-It's hard to tell) himself. Pac-Man forms a team that has all these people in it and he asks you to help them find food for the town of Nrian. You must also rescue the damson in distress from the evil Game Destroyer, and find the legendary hero Mega Man, and you agree.
Once you agree-IT'S CHAOS! You get locked in a vault from the Fallout games, experience several movie spoofs, buy random items from Bees and try and defend this really odd world from a gang of evil wasps that seek world domination!
And if THAT wasn't sensible, then what about if I told you Game Destroyer is a strange fun hating alien who aims to spread the computer virus WannaCry 4.0 to cause the crash of a civilisation who has pretty much everything on their computers?
Don't say we didn't warn you.
I like turtles....
