Once upon a time, there were two races. Humans and monsters. One day, war broke out between them. Ultimately, the monsters won, forcing the humans underground. Decades later, a monster named Asriel fell down Mt Everest. not remembering who he was, woke up to a human hovering over him. "oh dear, you've fallen down, haven't you?" they asked."ugghh" Asriel answered. " oh, sorry, my name is Frisk. And the girl over there is Chara" Frisk pointed over to a girl who looked like she was about a teen, with a striped sweater like Frisks and Asriels. "we need to get you out of here." Chara said. " humans like us don't like monsters. like YOU."
" oh, don't listen to her." Frisk whispered. "our parents died in the war, she still has a grudge. but she is harmless, mostly." before Asriel could object, Chara rolled her eyes and pulled Asriel.
"C'mon, i'll take you to Mrs. Tory."
Ducking behind building after lamp, they made it to the Ruins,
where they saw a slightly plump, cute little lady.
" oh!" she gasped. " come inside, quickly children." so they went inside, with a bunch of other kids inside. There was a sighn that read, "welcome to Mrs. Tory's home for orphaned children."
"keep an eye out for the Mayor," she warned. "or WORSE, the PRESIDENT..." Frisk pulled him aside. " he wants to kill all monsters that come down here, and use the dust to somehow set us free. As for the Mayor, Tory and Mayor Ashford are in divorce because she was mad he passed the, ' Kill all Monsters that come' rule. but we can keep you hidden"
she reassured. he didn't feel very reassured.
