This is an RP that takes place in the Touhou universe, you have to at least have seen Fantasy Kaleidoscope or played the games to RP here, I'm not trying to be mean but it's the only way you can understand, please read the whole description.

RULES
1. No RPing as a cannon character.
2. Create an OC using the bio template below. However if you make an OC you must RP.
3. Don't be disrespectful to people outside of RP.
4. DONT make your character overpowered, if it becomes overpowered anyone has the right to say that it is, if you're not happy with that, if you're the person with the OP character, then the door is always open to leave.
5. Don't make a bio for fun, you MUST RP or you will be removed.
6. Ask to join all you want, just as long as you know at least a little bit about Touhou.
7. I am keeping everyone as a curator for safety.
8. You can add Touhou related projects and bios but nothing more.
9. They cannot be related to a cannon character.
10. if more than 3 rules are broken you are banned. We run on a three strike system.
11. if i do make people managers it means they can only accept bios, if no one else is a manager then you cannot accept bios.
12. if anyone other than @TheUnlistedOne or the other managers accepts bios then you will be removed.
13. You may have unlimited powers just don't be OP though.
14. Any disrespect, bullying, shouting etc. outside of RP and you will be banned.
15. Have fun, i will update the rules if i have forgotten anything.
16. You may have a mix of different species just don't be OP.
17. NO FORCING RP.
18, If someone says (reply to this comment tomorrow) reply TOMMOROW, not 5 minutes after because their probably going to bed or school and wont have time to RP at that very second.
19. No killing without permission.
20. You may have gore, vore, any form of violence, just keep it PG13.
21. You cant dodge forever.
22. Don't control another person's OC.
23. Wait for bio to be accepted before RP.
24. No same looks as cannon characters or other OCs.
