hello there ! welcome to daily checkups, i'd like for you to go on this studio daily and see what tasks i have posted for you to do in that day.

❝ why do we have to do this ❞
hellooooo i care about you guys ofc ! for some of these tasks, if they're hard for you then you can set them as a goal :) i'm not forcing you to do these in any way ! these tasks are meant to keep you healthy and clean and stand out as a good human being :D
❝ examples of tasks ❞
- drink 8 cups of water
- to all genders, some thing may vary tho, take a shower, wash that hair, shave in the places you need to, facemask, lotion, boom you now rule the castle !
- workout for 20 min ! ( i can give you guys ideas for what to do, but i recommend downloading 7 min workouts )
- wash your face daily in the morning
- ( TW: ed ) if you're having a problem with eating, i'll do steps on how we can virtually eat together !!
- tips and tricks on some other stuff
- healthy food and goods to snack on
- + more
