~What is a raffle~

A raffle is when you chose an amount of number that hasn't been taken by anybody else. Soon, the winners will be announced and they are give prizes. The winners are chosen by a random spinning wheel and they spin the wheel so that it chooses a number and if you have chosen that number then lucky you!
