✐ What is ‘The Peculiar Children’?
The Peculiar Children is short for Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. The series features Jacob Portman who discovers he has the unusual ability to see hollows (the monstrous creature who kills peculiars) after his grandfather is killed by one. A little while after Jacob's grandfather is killed he goes on a vacation with his father -"to make him feel better" as his father says- to an island and shortly after, discovers an old building that his grandfather gave him clues to look for.
