It's still 3000, but the worlds different, its spilt into 2 dimensions. The first dimension, dimension population has the hiders and the seekers. The first dimension couldn't control the population, so once you turn 13 there, you either are a hider(red dot on your neck) or a seeker(blue dot on your neck).
The second dimesion, dimension vision has the 'blind' and the ones who can 'see'. The blind are normal except for one hidden power which they cannot tell to anyone, if they do, they d!e. The ones who can 'see' see the future and the past.
From both dimensions a select few have green dots, they have a combination of almost all powers, they are seekers, safe in Dimension Population, and also have powers to see the future, past, as well as one special power. But unlike the 'blind' in Dimension Vision, they can tell people their power with no consequences. But the Government of Dimension Population see them as threat and have been trying to capture them and reverse their powers. Only the leaders know how to get from one dimension to another. Green dots are on the run and trying to figure out how to get to Dimension Vision to be safe. Will you figure it out? Will you find a third dimension?
