I had this idea last night were:
Every pokemon can use z-moves (but that exists)

Only final evos can mega-evolve

every pokemon can dynamax -kenichi

me too. honestly, i dunno how more than one person can work on the real game at a time, unless we evade scratch rules and find a collaboration-supporting game machine OR use scratch
i will do my best with rpgmaker, but no promises.
chances of the concepts actually having a completed game is low. few have ever made pokemon games from scratch from a one-person team, just rom hacks.
if i work myself, then i'll have to take at least a year or two, bottom line.
