If somebody accidentally said something that offended somebody unintentionally, would it be rude, mean, or bullying?

Lately on scratch, something very serious has been happening: PEOPLE ARE BULLYING!! They do this because they feel bad for themselves! Please help us stop that!

Please invite all your followers, don't edit the title, or the thumbnail, and no promoting unless you are @WhiteSnowflakes or @AutumnFoxGirl TYSM!! Ways to stop bullies a couple inches below!

This studio is a safe place that DOES NOT TOLERATE bullying, and will put it to a stop on scratch! Because this is the ANTI-BULLY ALLIANCE! We stand for people who get bullied and will help you stop it!

Difference between rude, mean, and bullying:

Rude: when someone says something that is unkind, offensive, or hurtful NOT INTENTIONALLY ONCE OR TWICE

Mean: When someone purposefully is rude, unkind or hurts you, physically or mentally ONCE OR TWICE.
Believe or not, if someone punches you, it is mean, not bullying.

BULLYING: Bullying is when someone is mean, hurtful, or offensive, both physically and mentally BUT ONLY BULLYING WHEN REPEATED BEHAVIOR HAPPENS!!! Only if the "bully" keeps being mean is it actually called bullying.

What to do if you encounter bullies

Bullies only bully, because they don't feel good and want to take anger out on someone, so follow on of these procedures:
S- Stop
T- Tell an adult
O- Or report
P- Please ignore, don't fight back

OR

B- Be kind
E- Empathy

K-Kicking back, DON'T
I- Infer and help them feel better
N- No mean words, be kind!
D- Don't show them That u r hurt, show them that you want to help!

If you be kind to them, they might just start being kind back! Remember, the one thing YOU SHOULD NOT DO is say mean words like "GO AWAY BULLY" "You are so mean!" instead be kind to them and maybe they will change! If you are still getting bullied, go to the scratch court:
