The zombie apocalypse has started!

Nobody knows why, yet, though. So we just have to defend ourselves for now.

Here's what we know about the zombies:

-they're attracted to loud noise.
-If they bite you, you turn into one.

If a human dies naturally or in some way unrelated to zombies, then they just die, and do NOT turn into zombies.

Some of the zombies have evolved! They are getting harder to kill and their skin can't be cut by normal weapons! They don't die like normal ones, you have to kill them more than once. Avoid them if you can.

Here, there are humans who travel in groups. Each group has a leader and other roles. They claim one spot in the town as a base. You can create these groups too, called packs.

Here are some bases:

-the old warehouse (Blood)
-the convenience store
-the school (Shadow)
-the library (Skull Hunters)
-the giant abandoned house (Spider)
-the park
-the hospital (Bone)
-the apartment building (Sendo)
-The forest
-The ravine
-The old mines
-The lake
-The Power plant
-The gas station
-The factory

No one can take over the grocery store.

Rules:
-Hate the character, not the scratcher.
-No swearing, obviously, but you can do this: "***"
-Keep it PG. Romance is allowed, just nothing too far. It's a kid friendly website.
-Gore is allowed, but make sure the person you're rping with is okay with it.
-I thought this was a given, but apparently not. NO POWERS! It's unfair and OP, and this Zombie stuff has only happened to humans, just a future version of us, I guess. Normal people. No aliens or quirks or powers or whatever. Please.
-There is no cure yet, and the cause has already been found. Please no backstories about the cause of the apocalypse, because it has already been found. Check the announcements or talk to me for more details. ( @bottlecap- )
-Please don't make specials things up like goo that can kill the mutated zombies. If you want your character to find something that can help you defeat zombies ASK @Bottlecap- OR ME ( @wolfylightning64) otherwise FORGET IT
-Just ask to be a manager in the comments, and an already manager will accept.
-As a manager, you can accept bios and create announcements.
-no deleting curators or managers or anything in the description.

Announcements:

* A shelter system has been discovered and is accessible through any house. A lot of the shelters have supplies, and the tunnel system ends in the forest.

*Please don't make specials things up like goo that can kill the mutated zombies. If you want your character to find something that can help you defeat zombies ASK @Bottlecap- OR one of the managers, otherwise FORGET IT

*It's spring, but most of the deer are now zombies...

*Shadow pack now has a very bad relationship with blood pack

*There is a VERY large horde near the blood pack

*The gas stations block went up in flames and all zombies there are dead and the whole block is in ruins

*Some vials have been found in the hospital, the possible cause of the zombie apocalypse

*There's a new place in town to get updated weapons to fight off the zombies and it's a hidden place but it's near the bone pack
