One night you wake up to Oceanstar calling a clan meeting. You gather at fallen tree with the rest of your clanmates, wondering what was going on. “Tonight we grieve, for Feathersong has been sent to Starclan,” Oceanstar called. Many gasps of surprise came from the clan. “Feathersong was a much loved warrior among us all, she will be much missed,” Oceanstar continued. “And this means that there is a bad cat in the clan, so be careful and make sure not to go out by yourself,” she finished.

I ( @Rainbow-Feathers) will choose a bad cat and deputy once we have enough characters.
Most days/nights I will ask the bad cat who they shall send to Starclan.
I will hold clan meetings some time after they have decided.
I will try to alternate times so that one day Scratchers in America can make it to the meeting. And another so that Scratchers in England can.
At clan meetings there will be a vote on who is accused of being the bad cat.
