This is a mash up of Kotlc (obviously lol) and Pegasus. If you haven't read Pegasus that's fine, but I recommend you read Kotlc. A small knowledge of Roman mythology would be helpful. Here's the story:
There are four worlds. Earth, Olympus, Titus, and Xandu.

Earth: where the humans live and the location of the Forbidden Cities.
Olympus: where most of the elves live and the location of the Lost Cities.
Titus: where the Neverseen live.
Xandu: a special place where only a select few of very powerful elves live.

Olympus (which I've decided to call Mount Lumeria) is ruled by the Council. We'll say they're equivalent of Jupiter, Pluto and Neptune. Titus is ruled by Queen Vespera, the equivalent of Cronus. The Neverseen aka the Titans are trying to take over Olympus and overthrow the Council.

There's a few differences with the elves. One: whatever power they have, it's A LOT stronger. Two: they can not be killed, except by The Flame of Olympus (getting there) and they have healing powers.

The Flame of Olympus: there are three Flames of Olympus. These are elves with immense power, and the only ones capable of doing long term damage to other elves. If the Flames are well, Olympus is well. If the Flames are severely ingered and\or lose power in some way, they power of the Olympians will fade. If all three Flames power goes out, the elves are no long immortal. Naturally, that's what the Neverseen want.

You can travel to other worlds in a similar manor to light leaping. Xandu is a peaceful place, and there is absolutely no conflict there. This is the home of the Flames. (Although the Flames still live in whatever world they choose)
