Backstory of the Biprism Trials:
(( sorry i know it’s really long ))
Zetruniqoin is a large continent home to the Biprism Trials.
The Biprism Trials were named after Harmony Biprism who was a genius amongst close minded people. At the time everyone was expected to blend into the crowd, certainly not be a loud enthusiastic person who had a huge IQ.
Harmony began influencing others with her crazy ideas, and soon gained a huge following of people.
Harmony invented nonstop and had a small house filled with all kinds of experiments, and junk that she claimed was still useful you just needed some imagination.
She started her own shop of knick knacks and creations.
At about age 45, Harmony seemed to mysteriously disappear, leaving everything she owned behind. Investigators searched for clues leading to an explanation but found none.
Her house and items were held as evidence, in the midst of her belongings was a journal and black cube.
The journal explained that the cube held all of Harmony’s knowledge, her small fortune, and a mysterious item called Clockwork. It is unknown what Clockwork looks like or what it’s capable of, but considering her inventions in the past everyone assumes it is powerful.
Explanation of the trials:
The cube was given the name, the Birprism Trails, and has turned into a competition. It is sort of a virtual reality type thing. They have spent many years trying to figure out the best way to get through the trials and have failed, they then turned it into entertainment for the population and started to choose groups of kids, from the age 14 to 25, to go through the trials, which consist of a vast majority of different types of tests, puzzles, and games. From murder mysteries, to races.
Each group goes one at a time into the simulation and have to work together to complete and win the trials. If they happen to lose or not complete any of the tests, they take a private vote on who should be booted from the team. They then proceed to the next level and the person with the most votes gets mysteriously murdered in some way in the next trial.
If everyone has been “dismissed” from the team the trials start over from the beginning and it is unknown where the contestants went.
As of now the trials have not been completed by anyone.
It is also possible for someone to withdraw from the trials, they return to the real world unharmed. This means though that they can’t take the trials for a year after that.
This rp takes place in a private school called, Blair’s School for the Gifted. It is an elite school for kids, between the age of 10 and 20, that they considered gifted or showed promise in their younger years. They push the kids to get them ready so that once they reach the required age they can sign up for the Biprism Trials.
The Principal of Blair’s School is Paul Blair.
Each student has their own room at the school, because they don’t accept many students.
Students have a school uniform.
The school uniform is a white collared shirt with a yellow and blue striped vest over top. A yellow tie, and black dress pants.
