Ninety-One is a famous numberblock who has OCD and gets fussy about her bad luck.

She was neutral to One one-sided, but she is just friends with her and now a guardian of the Ones. She'd used to hate Octoblock, but now she likes him. She and One are both partners. She wants compounds turn into figured-out numberblocks.

She likes to be friendly and wants to be a leader in Numberland.

Right now, she wants to catch Numberblock Three to eat her but failed, but unlike Tom (AKA, Thomas from Tom and Jerry) and Oggy, she is the Sylvester while Three is a Tweety Bird.
