I Made A Studio A Few Weeks Ago About How I Have Anxiety, But I Learned It's More Than That.
I Have Panic Disorder. It's A Genetic Disorder That Causes A Person With It To Always Worry About If Are About They Are About To Have A Panic Attack. It's Causes Sweating, The Feeling Of Choking, Thinking They Are Going To Have A Heart Attack, Derealization (The Feeling Of Unreality.) Depersonalization (The Feeling Of Being Detached From Yourself.) Chest Pain Or Tightness, Shaking Or Trembling, Dizziness, Shortness Of Breath, Numbness Or Tingling In Fingertips, Feeling Like Your Going To Die And Chills. It Happens Unknowingly. Panic Disorder Can Make A Person Want To Never Leave Their Home, Because Public Spaces Can Trigger More Panic Attacks. A Service Dog Can Be Used To Help Calm A Person With Panic Disorder.
I Have All Of The Symptoms I Listed, I Think I Missed 1-2 But I Don't Know. It's Really Affected How Much I Go Outside. I Recently Found Out It Was Panic Attacks/Panic Disorder, And Not Normal Anxiety. I Haven't Even Told My Parents Yet, I Will Soon Though.
