[Rakzark is the cruel and vicious Leader of the Airfolk, hates merfolk, the rebels, and any species other than Airfolk. Will do anything to get power.]

King Triton’s Empire (K.T.E.)
[King Triton is the leader of the merfolk. He’s slightly less cruel than Rakzark, but other than that pretty similar. Will listen to reason, doesn’t actively attack the peace seeking rebels, but doesn’t really like them either]

Faerie: Led by a council of mostly elderly Faerie. Secluded, territory is heavily guarded as they aren’t particularly friendly with Dehpnii and often fight with each other. Sorta in a mini war with them. For this reason, they are also extremely hostile to Airfolk since they look similar.
