Oof I had a great trip. And birthday. So I'll skip most of the boring stuff like the bus ride, but on the way back, my friend and I listened to Imagine Dragons for like an hour! #Best5HourRideEver
So at the park itself, I had a feeling I wasn't going to ride most of the stuff, but the only group with people I really knew was the "If you don't want a voice tomorrow" group(aka the one of the crazy ride groups). My friend really didn't want to ride a bunch of the scary stuff(*cough* Mr. Freeze *cough*) but we joined anyway. We first rode the Mine train(we started near the back of the park) and for the locker, we fit like 7 bags into a tiny locker :P My friend, J, got scared so when we rode it again, she didn't. After that, we went to Screamin' Eagle. Most people hated it because it's really bumpy and jerky, but I LOVED it. It was... crazy. But I loved it. Then, we found out the Boss was closed :/. But it would open later. So then we um... where did we go next!?!? I think we got in line for uh how do you spell it? Pandemonium? But then it closed. So uh... great! By now, we were burning. We had sunscreen on and my friend, O, was already partly sun-burned. We went up to the front for the Log Flume and American Thunder(the best wooden coaster I've been on! maybe I haven't been on many, but still!) Log Flume was fun. We did it twice. So J had to sit out in the sun when we rode roller coasters('cause she didn't want to ride) and we rode American Thunder twice. After this, we went to lunch. Well, most of the group. I decided with MK and SB to go on the Ninja. I heard bad reviews about the Ninja, but I rode it anyways. I tried to keep my head back on the head rest, but that didn't work. So my head was dying from hitting the sides of the seat. The Ninja was AMAZING! Then we went to lunch. My brother was also in line. I told him I rode the Ninja! He asked if I rode Mr. Freeze(a reverse launch. Look it up! or watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E21_F-achG4) I told him I hadn't. After lunch, we rode some easy rides, then we went to the raft ride right next to Mr. Freeze. My friend J got overheated and threw up... I didn't even get wet on the ride. Then we heard the Boss opened. So we got this plan(with about 15 more people) that MK, SB, H and me(I know. Incorrect grammar, but I don't want you to think there's some named i)and honestly probably a couple more people would go to Mr. Freeze, while everyone else would go to Pandemonium. We'd meet at the Boss. Well that plan changed so we all went to the Boss, THEN we split up. The Boss was amazing, just really jerky. I recommend sitting in the front right to not get jerked around. So then I went to Mr. Freeze. I was TERRIFIED. So I sat in like the middle 'cause the back was the front and the back, the front was the back and the front. The guy launching us was talking, and I didn't hear anything until he said "ok bye!" in that split second before we were launched, my hands reached for the bar to hold onto and I was thinking "is it too late to get off?!?!" but then I was launched. IT GOES SUPER FAST. The launch was the scariest part, then the second loop, then the vertical part. The vertical part wasn't too scary... I mean really! Then we did the whole thing going forward. That was scary! Now I can't really remember the order we rode things in from here, so let me just review them in a random order(this takes place from like 2 until 6)
Pandemonium: Fun. Faster than I expected.
American Thunder: We rode it again twice.
The Boss: I rode it again because SB didn't get to before
Log Flume: Rode it probably 3 more times... it was fun.
And uh I can't remember. I just know I hadn't ridden Boomerang or Batman yet.
So after 6, one group left. A couple people were going to stay until 9. I was one of them. We rode Batman, which was fun, just the thing over me wasn't down all the way so I would hold it down, but it would still be off me. But it was fun. Then we did uh... I think we did Mr. Freeze next. So I sat in the 3rd row with MK and we were more scared this time... The girl launching people was just trolling them. She did this once:
10,9,8,7 then launched them
3,2,1, Goodbye! Waited a second then launched them.
So you would think when I sat in the middle I would have gone up higher, right? Wrong! I went up way higher than when I sat in the middle! Then we rode Boomerang, which was fun. Then we took a break from Roller coasters then at like 8:45(we were leaving at 9) we rode Batman again. Oh yeah forgot this: I rode American Thunder IN THE VERY FRONT!!!!!! :D So Batman was WAY more fun at night. I got my thing down all the way this time. I sat on the edge this time, also! So that was amazing! Then we left and went to Culver's and I got ice cream, but I went to the bathroom before we left and it got thrown away :/ Well that's my review of the park itself(and I left out a bit :P)
