Here's how: Just create a project called debate (topic)! For example if the debate project I wanted to make was debating about wich color is the best I would name it: debate colors, then in the project I would explain what to debate and how. Then you and others debate about the topic in the comments. You can also remix topics and post remixes on this studio.
