I have misophonia, so I hate certain sounds. I hate any sound you can make with your mouth(other than talking, I hate whispering) pencil tapping, container opening, and many many many other sounds. My dad eats cereal every morning
-_- I have to deal with it(WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE) or leave. The computer is downstairs, I'm not allowed to bring it upstairs. So I was doing stuff on the computer when he starts eating(AS LOUD AS POSSIBLE) and I get upset. I start clicking harder on the computer, and then he asks "what's the problem!?" My arm was already red from scratching it. My answer choices for this are:
    1. Say it's bothering me and get yelled at for it
    2. Say nothing's wrong and keep on suffering
I end up yelling nothing's wrong and keep on going with what I was doing. Then he just says "Oh well I guess I'm not allowed to eat now!" And I get mad. I try to ignore his chewing(again, it's impossible) and then he just says "PUT YOUR HEADPHONES ON OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE" I hate my headphones. They block out the sounds I like more than the ones I hate. And I really want to stay on the computer. My mom comes down and then she yells at me for being rude. This is what it's like everyday. My arm really stings. And there's nothing I can do.

    I need help
