This studio was inspired by @mati2709 . His Stalin Clicker series had storyline as represented here. That series is the inspiration for this studio, and all games made because of this studio.
This studio is themed for clicker games that have a story to go with them. "Story" is a keyword. A lot of clickers often have upgrades that you "progress" with, but the clickers in this studio are more in an RPG format or are a series that tell a story.
For your project to qualify for this studio, it must have
-A story, event, or activity to complete
-A reason for clicking that matches the story (If you use money as a reason, it is preferred you give a reason for earning the money.)
-A bossfight and/or end screen.
Stories usually have a main character, whether good or bad. They have a protagonist(Main character), an antagonist(Against the main character), and a climax. Make note that the protagonist is not always the "good guy". Sometimes, the character proposed as the protagonist is little better than the antagonist behavior-wise, so they are both in the wrong. And sometimes, the protagonist could actually be the villain! Nevertheless, there must be a main character. @drei_mnl for giving me better wording.
Here are some examples, but I want you to be creative please!
Storyline Example: Jack hid his magic beans in a bag, his Mom then came a long and filled it with new non-magical but very similar beans she bought from the store, and Jack had to go through the beans to find his magic beans - a clicker is used to help him search through to find the beans - after he finds his beans, he then plants them. A clicker is used to help grow the beanstalk up, and finally a clicker is used to help Jack climb up the beanstalk.
Bossfight Example: After Jack climbs up the beanstalk, he has to fight the Giant in the castle. The bossfight can be a clicker or 2-D platformer battle, a 3-D battle, an RPG-styled battle, or any battle design you decide to use.
While we have enough story we could get by without more detail, we will say Jack came up and decided to steal the Giant's harp. Since Jack is the main character, he is the protagonist.
The giant is trying to defend his property from Jack, and thus is the antagonist since he is against Jack.
The climax is the journey it took to reach the giant - or if you added in the theft, that would give reason for the boss battle, which is even better.
What about putting a spin on the clicker format? How about a temple-run type game, running from a monster, but you have to click to run? You could have speed upgrades and level completion, and even a bossfight in such a game! Keep imagining! This could be a really interesting game genre!
