QOTW: What tips do you have for anyone trying to tell people they have autism?
QOTW 2: How do you prevent meltdowns that you were going to have?

However you think about your own autism is fine and totally valid. Just keep in mind that other autistic people trying to love themselves and their autism might feel hurt when they see people saying that autism is bad. That being said, you completely deserve to share your feelings and emotions.
This is a studio meant to educate people about autism, and it's an anti-bullying studio. It ended up a very positive studio, meant to shine a very nice light on neurodivergence. We are not trying to erase the struggles of autistic people, we are trying to help people become aware of both the good and the bad when it comes to autism, and to offer support.
#1 Rule: Be respectful.
#2 Rule: Don't troll or start flame wars.
Please only add projects that have to do with autism.
Also, at least one of the QOTWs must be abut autism.

@iloveharrystles01 Although I have autism and I am different doesn't mean that I'm not a human being.
@-EmoFreak- I have high-functioning autism. I may react differently in situations than other people, I may see the world in a different way than most, I may act different than other people. Do I call that autism? For others like me who have autism, just realize that Autism isn't a disorder to shut away and try to fix.
@star-kwafie: "Autism isn't a disorder, it's just a very different way of seeing the world."
@Adamations "I don't see my case off high-functioning autism life threatening, it just makes me different and unique. I'm autistic and I'm PROUD!"
@girlsruless "Anyone who says you are broken is a little broken themselves."
@PrincessPuppyseed " Be proud of your differences, they make you unique"
@girlruless "If autism is a fate worse than death, why am I still alive?”
@RiceCoffeeJr "I'm not immature, rude, weird, or antisocial. I'm AUsome!"
@girlsruless "Autism is not synonymous with r*tarded, unable to have friends, stupid, mentally ill/insane, crazy weirdo, immature or antisocial."
@girlsruless "People with autism are people too, and should be treated that way."
"The thing about being autistic is that you gradually get less and less autistic, because you keep learning, you keep learning how to behave. It's like being in a play; I'm always in a play." -Temple Grandin.
@LunaStarSeeker: "Together we're the sky. They, the "normal" are the moon and sun, shining from up there, we're the "special", the rainbows and stars of fun, shining everywhere. In the darkness we're the light, we are the color in the white. But no "normal" notices, or even wonders why."
@-ColorMaster-: "I think the only unhappiness that comes from
autism is when you let it affect how you want to live life or what you want to do."
@RelmC-: "What is normal? What is normal for the spider is chaos to the fly."
@Eatyourburger-: "Someone can be bullied for a number of reasons. They're SHY, they're GAY, they're AUTISTIC. They're DIFFERENT—but everyone is."
"If you are always trying to be NORMAL, you will never know how AMAZING you can be. " ~ Maya Angelou
@ThunderRiolu27-: "Just because you're different doesn't mean you can't push your limits and become a hero."
@TheNewOne2989-: "Autism, totally good and intelligent, special abilities keep yourself special, here’s to a good and intelligent life, autism."
@girlruless-: "I'm just a little different, an example of the world's diversity."
@girlsruless-: "There is no cure for being yourself."
Anarkoautist on tumblr:
"Them: "Don't let your autism define you."
Me: "I'm an autistic autist with autism. I like to autism autistically."
@itchycat75-:"Autism is an advantage to being a human. you may feel different. but you are always the same as others that are autistic. be yourself. don't listen to the haters. enjoy the power of being different. "
@hyskinner1-:""Autistic people are people too. It's is not redeemable to call it a disorder, autism is something human. Being autistic doesn't mean you are of idiocy. So, autistic people should be proud of who they are. P.S. There is literally zero proof that autism has a connection with vaccines."
@Hmsquid "Autism is nothing to be 'Ashamed' of, Clearly it is a gift to be WEEEIRD, UWU"
@DressyTBJ45 "Autism is just a different way of expressing yourself and seeing the world. You may react to different things differently than the "normal" people, but truly, we are all different in some way. Your autism doesn't have to DEFINE you, you don't have to BE the autism, and when the bullies try to make fun of you, you just be yourself. :)"
@hi875230163394 "just because you have autism, you aren't worse than anyone else, but your not better... Its not a batter or worse way of living, its just different"
