Cabin boy: servant/Low importance
first mate: captain's next in command
Shipmate: friend to everyone on ship and is first mate's next in command
Peg leg: Person who cannot do much because has no legs, just peglegs
surgeon: cuts off injured legs and replaces with peg legs and deals with all other injuries or sicknesses.
steerer: Steers ship at night
Watcher: watches out for enemy ships at night in crows nest and tells steerer if there is an iceburg or land ahead or whatever.
