For projects that create art from images or computer models, such as stroke-based rendering or converting photographs to pencil drawing etc. I'll be fairly loose in accepting any computer-art based project, but this is *not* for hand-drawn art. It has to be produced/generated/converted by an algorithm. I'll let anyone add projects for now, though my experience in previous studios is that someone eventually clutters it with off-topic spam, and if that happens I'll remove that option.
Given the focus (pardon the pun) of some of the recent submissions, I'm extending the studio definition to include image processing algorithms which can be used as a step in creating NPR art.
PS As well as NPR, I'm willing to include abstract art generators as well *as long as* they imitate a human art style such as Jackson Pollock, Kandinsky, etc, rather than purely computer/math art, which already has studios elsewhere.
But every rule has exceptions and we'll include a few projects that don't fit if they're just plain cool :-)
