The "Pictures with All Colours" Challenge is to make interesting
256 x 128 (=32,768) pixel pictures with 32,768 different colours that are evenly spaced in a colour spectrum.
We only see a colour (such as black) in a picture if many similarly coloured (blackish) pixels are grouped together.
This is a challenge for reasonably experienced programmers who can write nested loops, use lists, and manipulate colours with Pen.
