Announcements/Notes: Since too many people may register as alicorn OCs (and in mlp there should only be a few :p), we'll hv a vote on 2-3 alicorns who'll be accepted. Voting starts when there's at least 4 ponies who want to sign up with an alicorn. :) If we don't get at least 4 who want to join as one, i'll just accept every alicorn :p (unless they're mary sues/OP/theydon'thvareasonforbeinganalicornn)
