Attempts to recreate the texture rendering effect available in Microsoft Word 2010 and onwards
How it works:
As usual, we start with grabbing the RGB values for the pixel.
Then, we get the pixel for the loaded texture image. The texture is repeated so that we can have a 56x56 texture as opposed to requiring a 480x360 texture.
In the texture data, we only store a brightness value, from 0 to 255. The value 127 indicates no change.
So, we then offset the brightness using the texture brightness and there we have it :)
