Create your own rhythm-maker. Choose a sequence of minibeasts by clicking on the black and white buttons at the bottom. Press RESET to start again. The rest of the class can now tap out the rhythm of the words (bee-tle / snail / butt-er-fly / cat-er-pill-ar). Can be done with cards in groups.
To teach sequence in algorithms for the KS1 Computing Curriculum, i.e. that the order of instructions is important. If the order of the minibeasts changes, the rhythm changes. Created by the Sheffield eLearning Team.
