i've loved this song for a couple years now and wanted to do a map for awhile now, and it occured to me today that this is actually a perfect song to use for it, not too fast paced :0 i just have a few rules for this map. please read them, i stg. - the meaning of pmv is "picture music video", compared to amv, which is "animated music video". this means that this map will be comprised of still frames, not animation. motion effects are alright, but actual animation will look really disconcerting and out of place among what's basically a slideshow - fandom characters are alright, but make sure they're your ocs, not canon characters, and preferably not interacting with canon characters - also guys, please don't use the oc featured here. that's my oc, and i know what i'm doing with her. - stick to the palette for the parts that have it, use the furthest left and right colors for black and white respectively. do not use pure black and white. - however, you can mix the colors of the palette at any different levels of opacity as you'd like, as long as you don't shift the hsv of them or use multiply/screen layers. as in, either flat colors or shading using the same colors are the palette are good. - i'd like this map to look nice when it's completed, so if i don't respond to your comment for awhile, please take that to mean that i kindly reject you. - could you base your remixes around broadcast blocks? like, just use one green flag block for the start that does a broadcast, then substitute the green flag with the broadcast for each sprite. that would really help. - speaking of sprites, idc how many you use - please write the lyrics in your parts! i'd prefer if you used your handwriting but if it's really bad you can use a font - does anyone read the rules?? i stg. i really didn't want to put a safeword in because they look silly in comment sections, but if i get another part that disregards this i will. ✧･ﾟ: *✧･ﾟ:* 　　 *:･ﾟ✧ *:･ﾟ✧ ghhh sorry that the audio for this skips in between parts, when the map is finished i'll just use the congruent song and it'll sound a lot better, the parts are just there for your convenience. i'm also sorry that i had to use a variable block for the parts, i tried to write a nice thing to go with it but then scratch didn't see its transparency for some reason..i exported it as a gif because it worked in the past but i guess it didn't now? and i'm too lazy to export it as a png 1000 times. so i hope the variable block is okay. i don't really expect anyone to read all of this but if you do, get a free internet hug (/^.^(^.^*)> i'm not gonna use any codewords because they feel foolish to me, but man. don't make me regret it and not read the rules lmao
