Self-Organizing Circle (100% Pen)
Beyond the Centralized Mindset:
Without any centralized organizer of the group, the points self-organize to form a near-perfect circle using two simple rules:
1) Move to maintain a fixed distance from two buddies (for example point7 has as its buddies point6 and point8)
2) Try to move away from all the other points.
This approach is called: constraint-plus-noise
Use Turbo mode (Shift+green flag) to speed up the organization.

An improved and 100% pen version of an earlier project that was sprite based thus limited.
