Install the Device Manager
The Device Manager is a separate application that enables Scratch to connect to physical devices such as your WeDo. You can download the Device Manager here. Click OK to download the file.
Next, install the application on your computer by double-clicking the file. If you see a prompt like this, please pick Yes:
You may need to click Next a few times to finalize the installation.
