I was curated, and very excited about it.
But, the curator was swamped with entries, and wanted to “share the wealth” so to speak.
So, i got like 200 more views… And then it was off the page.

I am very thankful for the curation, but it didn't get near as much time as i've seen most curation projects get.
So, i was wondering if i could suggest it to the next curator aswell. Is that legal?

It's up to the curator to decide what they want to curate and what rules they want to set.

Yeah, you can request to be curated as many times as you want. It's up to each individual curator to decide the rules for submitting projects.
