Great idea! I think there should be more scratch emoji because it's fun to use them in your sentences and stuff. To prevent spamming, there could be a comment block like there is for new scratchers, where you have to wait 30 seconds to post another comment with an emoji in it.
Some more ideas for emoji are:
-Banana
-Cloud Data Symbol
-Faces like there are in the discussion boards
-Weather icons like rain, sun, and snow

I'd support, but only if an Emoji limit were implemented as well (for both comments and forums).

It would definitely increase spam a little, but I think one or two extra emojis wouldn't hurt, especially if they were in celebration of something (for example, _10mil_ for the amount of Scratchers).
