Weird question... Is there any specific guidelines to get featured?

Allow me to elaborate. Does a project have to have a set amount of favorites, or is there like a specific theme, or is it completely random?

afaik it's just scratch team choosing which projects to feature based on ones that are proposed, probably whichever ones they find creative and interesting that they think will inspire others

In some sense it's completely random. There are no minimum love/favorite requirements; in fact, if a project has too many loves/favorites, the Scratch Team may not feature it given that the project is popular already. The Scratch Team tends to feature projects from Scratchers who are not already wildly popular.
