as n approaches -infinity, 2^n approaches 0 but won't actually reach it

but in scratch you can do

((10) - ((5) * ([e ^ v] of (((-1) / (0)) * ([ln v] of (2)::operators)))))

and get the value 10

this is due to the rules of ieee 754 which most programming languages use

Yes, there are many such functions. For example, you can simply replace 10 in your original formula with 120.

Also, f(x) = {some constant not equal to 120}, g(x) = [x + 1]^2 + 120.1 if ur constrained to real x, etc.
(used g(x) bc f(x) was filtered)
