So there is this user in scratch named @fasT, i came to it randomly and it says ‘location not given’ as the location, pls ban that account because that is breaking the laws of scratch.

the account is 17 yr old. and he probably chose a country that scratch team removed from new account creation list. so it gives the error “location not given”

Actually, i'm pretty sure that users in the early days of Scratch were able to choose no country, which gives the stat: “Location not given”. Nowadays, anyone creating a new account must choose a country, regardless of not wanting to show their location.
