When you start the project it'll just sound like the normal song before the vocals come in, but for some reason even after delaying the code which controls when the vocals appear by a single frame, they still seem to show up about 2-3 seconds before they're meant to appear. Is there any way to fix this?

Add a “reset timer” block when you hit the green flag. The first time you load a project, the timer starts as soon as it loads, and the green flag doesn't reset it. Every subsequent green flag press resets the timer (hence it works as expected if you tap the green flag twice)
