My Samsung Galaxy tablet operating system / main browser: Android Linux 10, Chrome 148.0.0.0, No Flash version detected
When I try to enter a Scratch-www page, it often gets stuck in a solid color screen with the purple accent color before actually loading the page. To add insult to injury, when I try to enter project pages specifically, after the page itself loads, project itself takes a long time to load too. Both of these things happen unpredictably, sometimes they load quickly, sometimes they load very slowly.

Most likely just your internet speed being slow, or you have a low spec device (you've only shown the browser and OS after all)

There are some internet speed tests and benchmark apps/programs that u can find. Additionally, since ur on Windows, u should have task manager to see what might be the problem

For laptop: Total=223 GB. Free space=154 GB
For tablet: Total=32,00GB. Free space=31.55GB

Oops! I accidentally swapped the numbers, sorry!

I searched “speed test” and chose the 1st result, it then did its testing thing and this are the results

I don't understand much about the numbers but it says that my internet connection is fast above

That is quite a bit low. (For comparison, my laptop, which isn't the newest, gets 200mbit download 300 upload)
