Either because the complainers are making things they aren’t supposed to or moderation doesn’t always get it right. I would know the latter.

i think it started out as actual criticism of scratch's moderation; famous scratchers getting banned for seemingly no reason and stuff like that. but now since the idea of scratch's moderation being bad is everywhere, people are posting projects about them getting alerts from the ST and saying they didn't deserve it (most of the time they probably did).

this has the same energy as “fix bedrock mojang”
