What are the studio rules?

Anybody that fails to obey these rules will result in a strike. If you get 5 strikes or get Immediately notified that someone is doing something too severe, will result in a removal of your curator or manager rank, if you have one.

How do i become a curator/manager?

Then you must add about 1-3 projects each day for a week until you become Curator.
