Where do text-based guides go?

I want to makes some text-based guides. Is there anywhere on the forum they would go? They'd be about character creation, art, animating, etc.

If I can avoid it, I don't want to have to make projects for each one, as the time when I would make guides would be after I can't get on the computer.
