My browser / operating system: MacOS Macintosh X 10.15.7, Safari 17.1, No Flash version detected

sometimes when im seeing inside my own or a project of someone else, the code disappears and gets replaced by this weird helicopter-shaped thing. and I can't see the code that was already there before that “thing” appeared. can someone please explain what this is?
