first, i would like to say that i'm very happy we're friends and i always have fun talking to you and joking around
ANYWAYS- how has your summer been so far? i've been procrastinating my summer work so much bro :') trust though i will find motivation sometime soon… i also have to work on my college essay because i don't know how i feel about the one i have written right now *sigh* but aside from worrying about procrastination i am glad to say my summer's been pretty chill! i'm currently visiting my family in california so i'm not on the east coast lol- it kinda threw me off for the first few days of SWC because of the time change xD

ALSO i've been watching like every world cup game- my parents are obsessed with soccer lol, but omg the USA game vs Belgium was pretty bad…
i keep seeing your profile and the teams you're rooting for, RIP ToT. help- hopefully Norway does better :') also my sister is like obsessed with Erling Haaland which is so funny because omg have you seen the memes about him? like they're sooo funny- dude looks like a barbie. ok sorry for that interesting ramble ;-;

you know i've really been enjoying july SWC! co-leading a cabin is such a cool experience! i love it because you get to make friends and cabin planning is really fun! i think it's so crazy that it is only my second session woah. and i'm so lucky i was chosen to co-lead and experience it! genuinely SWC is such an awesome community, because everyone is so welcoming and nice to new people. i've made so many new friends including you last session which i am so thankful for <3

I am typing this on mobile at like 12:30 for cabin wars so this wont be the best quality, apologies.. however, it does mean that I'll probably use better punctuation because my phone will be auto-capitalizing the sentences hehe

I'm so glad that we are pen pals this session! It's been a blast being in real-fi and definitely a very different experience than poetry, with both cabins being amazing in their own ways. My summer has been going WAY to fast bruh I'll be back in school in a month I'm crying at the thought of it BUT senior year is going to be very interesting!! How are you feeling for it? Its very cool seeing another swc-er going through the same things, I think that a lot of the campers are younger and it is a kinda weird feeling sometimes. (And I dont think I've even opened my summer books so it's ok… you're not alone)

As for college essays, omg don't even get me started.. I have a few ideas written out but I dont have a whole essay written yet. I am a bit worried because the common app prompts seem so long - 650 words AAA!! I'm super glad you have an essay, and you can definitely revise it and ask others for idea and feedback!! I have confidence in you, and our abilities. We are writers, after all hehe ;D

And whoa that is soo cool, I've always wanted to visit california!! All the distinct biomes like the cold ocean or the desert or the sequoia forest sound magical, definitely super high on my bucket list. How is it there? And I dont know if I told you, but I'll be actually going to a writing program in ohio for a few weeks this month - omg I'm leaving very soon… I'm super excited though!! I wonder how itll be compared to swc.

AND YES about the world cup!! My parents are both so obsessed too, they have been keeping up with all the games too and I've been watching along. I actually went to a watch party with my friend for the Belgium game; it was fun for the first half but then a bit depressing in the second half. But it was lowk funny seeing the fourth goal xD I really hope norway wins now, basically the only reason I'm supporting them is haaland bro he is so iconic. And yes the memes are soo funny, he just is so likeable I feel like, and i love supporting underdog teams. No offense to english people but I hope norway wins > who are you rooting for??

AND YAYY a fellow hufflepuff!! The most underrated house frr. And yes I just realized our only conversations are about 67 or AP exams so that is a good idea. Crocheting is soo cool, I feel like you can make so many things and it's a good hack to give presents!! What have you crocheted? And omg my friend actually gave me a Lego chrysanthemum for my birthday and i should build it. And I've been watching more films and tv shows lately! I just finished stranger things s3, call me by your name, and obsession this past month if you have watched any of those.

Bro I just realized theres so much left to answer, DONT expect this much in the future. Yeah that's right… I usually wont write this much maybe like a few hundred but I'm just rambling right now so yes. Pls don't feel pressured to respond to all of it, it is a lot!!

BRO ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME I STEPPED AWAY TO GET SOME WATER TO DO THE EXTRA CHALLENGE AND I CAME BACK AND ACCIDENTALLY SAT ON MY GLASSES BC THEY WERE ON MY BED AND ONE OF THE LENSES FELL OUT AND ITS BENT BROOOOO now I have to go to an eye doctor to fix itttttt it's ok I have another pair (that I havent used) but I've had this pair since like middle school so I hope it can get rePAIRed omg I'm so funny. But yes that is one fact about me I wear glasses! My vision isnt too bad but I definitely need it to read text as I'm nearsighted.

And yes some of my hobbies besides writing are biking (I go on short bike rides every now and then around my house its soo nice), photography as well(!), and hmm I am decent at chess so I play every now and then! Idk if I told you but I was born in New Zealand and lived there for a while but now I'm on the east coast of the us. My favourite book is to kill a mockingbird and my fave series is the hunger games!! Hbu?

My number one travel destination would be Ireland- I feel like theres so many beautiful things there, like giants causeway, and the folklore there is soo cool! And my favourite music artist would be Lorde (I rlly like what she talks about) but I also am a big fan of the euroviison song contest. How about you??

And for music, that is SO cool!! What's your fave out of those? I always love the ukulele because it has so much to say despite being a lot smaller than like a guitar. Once someone on my bus played and sang riptide on it and it was a magical experience. And omg not the cover that was soo long ago, but i guess I did share it for a reason hehe.

AND YAY I'm soo glad to hear that, swc truly is such an amazing community, coleading is an amazing experience. It really has shaped who I am! (trying not make it sound like a cult) I'm so glad to have met all the people here <33
