Do you think you can recreate Super Mario 64 on Scratch?
If you want project ideas that are 3D, why not start small and make a simple raycaster so you can probably get a better understanding of 3D. Unless you know 3D very well, try making a 3D platformer that is basic enough and build off of that to recreate Super Mario 64
