Vicky:
A welcoming cabin with an engaging, chaotic storyline and focus on building lasting relationships, self-care and achieving individual goals whilst still having an eye on competition.

Elly:
“a friendly and warm cabin, with an involved community and a relaxed (yet engaging) storyline, making sure to focus on writing improvement while maintaining some light competitiveness.”

Surf:
A competitive and welcoming cabin where campers can be creative, collaborate, and grow in their skills as a writer. It’ll encourage personal growth and community, as well as friendly competition! (195 characters)

Cabin Setup

You are free to start setting up your cabin at any point. However, the basic setup should be there by June 1st, the date of camper signups.

When you have decided on your cabin colors, please post them in the memory book contributions forum (MBC hosts should have more detail on this shortly).

Notes on setting up your cabin ^^

Here you can find a list of things to include in your cabin description!
Word updating systems are put into detail in this project. Please take a look at this and decide what system your cabin will be using with your co-leaders!
We expect you to put this or a version of this in your cabin descriptions (as well as go by it yourself): “If you need to post writing in the forums, you may either use the megathread or make ONE personal writing thread in the ‘Things I’m Making and Creating’ forum!”
It would be greatly appreciated if you could include a link in your description to the megathread and the suggestion forum.
You can link the official SWC records in your credits section.
The megathread will be created closer to the session and we will let you know once it has been.

We will update points by the same system we used last session, by adding activities in a project’s comments. Both leaders and cos who volunteer to add points will be to do so! We will be looking for volunteers closer to the start of session.

Note on cabin plans: Make sure that your unique plans/activities for your cabin don't go against the scratch guidelines ^^ Please enforce that unmoderated chat, or even unmoderated inputs, are not allowed – as easy as it would make cabin bonding </3

A Devil Fruit in One Piece is a supernatural fruit that grants the consumer unique powers when eaten, but in exchange, the user permanently loses the ability to swim. Each Devil Fruit is unique, and no two can exist at the same time. When a user of a Devil Fruit dies, their powers are reincarnated into a new fruit.

Full Name: Monkey.D.Luffy
Dream: To find the One Piece and become the King of The Pirates
power: Eat the Gum Gum devil fruit and became rubber (he's stretchy)
origin story: met the red-hair pirates at a young age and became inspired by them, especially their captain: red haired shanks. this fueled within him a dream to become a pirate and experience the pirates freedom and adventures. red haired shanks gave him his most prized posession: his straw hat. shanks gave it to him saying he should keep it safe for him and give it back to him after he became a great pirate. this then became luffy's signature look.

full name: Roronoa Zoro
Dream: to become the worlds greatest swordman
Fighting Style: Fights with 3 swords, one in each hand and one in his mouth.
Origin: Zoro trained at a dojo in Shimotsuki Village, where he met Kuina, the dojo master's daughter. Despite his strength, Zoro could never defeat Kuina, who was a superior swordsman. They formed a bond and made a promise to each other to become the world's greatest swordsmen. Tragically, Kuina died in an accident shortly after their promise, which devastated Zoro. In her honor, he took her sword, Wado Ichimonji, and vowed to fulfill their dream of becoming the strongest swordsman. This event became the driving force behind Zoro's journey, pushing him to develop his unique Three Sword Style

Baroque Works:
Baroque Works is a secretive criminal syndicate led by Crocodile, designed to destabilize the Arabasta Kingdom and acquire the ancient weapon Pluton.

Mr 9

Mr 9 is a member of Baroque Works, and Mr 9 is just his code name.

Buggy The Clown:

what if instead of doing islands from One Piece we do islands inspired by each swc cabin but we One Piece-ify them? that means reactions to the crew (campers) landing on that island will defer depending on our relationship with the cabin! and it would make it fun, cuz it could turn it into a more swc-interractive storyline and make cabin relationships interesting!

i feel like it would be funny to have something annoying like “it was the friends we made along the way” haha-

personally i dont like => ⚓︎ bcs it's the symbol of the marines in one piece, and they aren't exactly a pirates best friend

we also need to decide on our cabin atmosphere (the one they put in camper signups) asap so i can send it along with the cabin symbol to alana for camper signups!
