Positives

The ability to choose gender is a very smart marketing tactic as it attracts both genders.
The art was superb!
Adding time and a high score adds competitiveness and gamers love that as they can say who's ‘best’.
Saying press the green flag to restart for those who are new to scratch.

Negatives

The music, or lack of it. You need music to keep the player attentive.
Although I said having a ‘press the green flag to replay’ was good, a replay button would be much more convenient.
One bomb at a time is not challenging enough to keep you interested.

Improvements

Maybe a system to keep people playing e.g having to buy the scratch cat as a special unlockable with coins.

Professional Opinion

Great game but only a one time thing, it would be much more entertaining if there was a reason to play e.g temple run (even though it's old now) had characters to buy.

It educates and that attracts the audience that scratch is aimed at.
Three different views means three different things to look at.
The ability to enter the date means you don't have to scroll one thousand years (XD)
The writing was pixalated so it fit, I don't know, it just fit for me.

Negatives

There was no music and since most viewers are young, they need more to help them focus.

Well, thanks! I didn't have time to insert music… I intended this to be more of a calculator. I tried to explain the views in my Instructions/Project Notes thingy.

An ‘other’ option! It stops the player from believing they must be like you and gives my favourite thing a game can give, free will.
It's a good way for your followers to know you better without revealing personal info.

Negatives

The art was very basic.

Improvements

Maybe you could say “You like the same books as me but not the same job.” or something along the lines of that.
More questions!
Maybe quizzes for other scratchers and you could say “Your half me and half Crimson19!”

It's a good quiz but way too short for somebody to recommend to somebody else.

In the future, please don't change the formatting. The things that are bold in the template MUST be bold in the review. Similarly, the words that are large, must be large in the review, and the words that are italicized must be italicized. In short, make sure that your review looks exactly the same as the template.

I love the game, and it is very enjoyable! Just one thing i noticed- with the life bar (HP) ;my favourite feature of your game, when you all lives have gone, it does not end the game only then if you do one more death after that!( sorry if that was confusing please ask me if so!) Other than that, i think it is a fantastic game!

It was pretty easy to see what was going on. I had good control.
I don't see any entertainment value if you hate drawing and can barely let out a scribble, but I see much entertainment value if you really enjoy detailed sketches. That's why it's N/A.

The eraser shouldn't erase the paper background. Maybe don't include it next time?
The code was a bit simplistic, to be honest. Perhaps try making it more complex? More brush types? A place where you can insert text onto the painting?

Not bad for a first go! I feel like this idea could mature into a very detailed paint program. Perhaps you could simulate Microsoft Paint?

The walking animation was spot-on
It was humorous.
The character looked good.
It had meaning.
It was short but quality.

Improvements

Some of the things kind of teleported,
The music at the end was cloudy.
The house's drawing wasn't as good as the rest and since it's one of the first things you look at, it doesn't give a good impression of the animation.

Professional Opinion
It was a decent (but not completely professional) animation that made sense and was the right length.

It didn't just go to the position, it warped there, that added a slight bit of realism.

Even though it's coming soon, a scoring system is vital for a successful game of this genre as it adds competition which, as you can see with games like Flappy bird, will make an good game a great game.
There was no ‘Game Over’ screen.
The red circles get boring after a while so more obstacles and maybe power-ups will vastly increase the gameplay time.

Great project that runs very smoothly but is just a few building blocks away from being amazing.

Thanks a ton! Just shared it a few hours ago- right now it's a concept! But it will become a game soon. I'm unsharing it in 1 day to make improvements and make it a TON better. Then I'll reshare it, and try to get it curated!
